We learned about the scientific process. First we learned
about asking questions. Then we did research. After that we made a prediction
about how long it should be in order to launch the rocket. Kaden and I thought
that it should be 4 inches long. Finally we got to make our rocket. Kaden and I
were so proud of our rocket. Today we are going to launch our rocket I am so
excited.

I am really excited to hear that you all are redesigning your prototypes! This is so important to what we do in the real world. If it doesn't work as well the first time, we don't quit...we reflect on what worked, what didn't work, and try it again! This is resilience and grit! This is how we grow and learn! So, with the changes you are making, what do you predict will happen this time?
ReplyDeleteI am proud of you guys.

Our rocket went 6 feet the first time it was still very fun. We made a prediction that if it was 5 and a half inches long it would go farther. The second time we launched our rocket it went 36 feet. We were so proud of our self.
